1,order policy:when you place a order,you should pay as soon as possible within 3

business days.if there is a special situation with delay paying,you should give us a

• note with the reason.If there is no message left,it means the order has been abandoned.
  
  2,Payment policy:
  At the present,we can accept 3 ways for payment processing with your order:
  
  1) credit card payment whcih is a safe and fast easy way for online purchasing.the buyers also can pay for the item with their credit card
  2) western union.if you can from this way,i can do 3% disocunt on final sale price.
  
  3)bank wire transfer:if you want to pay throught this way,please let me know.

3,shipping policy:.we will send all orders to you by ems express mail service or air mail

1)EMS:.It always takes 5-7 days to receive your items.we will only send the items to your

confirmed address.if you change the address,you should confirm your new address and let

me know when you pay.and every precious jewellery item has the insurance for safe

shipping..additionally, the telephone number is necessary to add to the shipping

address due to secure problem.

2)air mail:if the weight is within 500g,like the clothing,handbag,etc,i will send it by air mail.it needs 8-15 days to receive the package.But is it cheap,it also will be sent with the tracking number.

4,Return policy:we will guarantee a 30 days refund if it is broken because of the

quality problem(it is not including Man-made causes and external cause).we have the

professional jewellery expert to identify the problem.You should send us a formal paper

request with the detailed instruction.and we will give you the fair judgment.we will

issue buyer the refund immediately after you return the item.Buyer should pay the

retuning fees.if the buyer want a exchange or replacement for another one, the buyer

should pay the resening fees for exchange for buyer's own reason.if there is no problem with the quality of the item,but buyer want to return,the buyer should pay 25% re-stock fees,the shipping fees is not refundable.but buyer should pay returning fees.i hope you can understand me well.

4,Stock policy:because we are synchronous sale in our actual store and online websit.so

sometimes,some items will be out of stock when you place a order,thus,i will give you a

note for instruction.and i will give you a stocking date after you pay,normally,it will

only take 5-7 days to get your order completed.please trust us.we have the enough

ability to meet your need.of course, if you think this time is a little long, i will

give you the full refund.no problem.
